Shams Elbedeiwy, MSW, LCSW, C-DBT, CCTP

Co-Founder/Psychotherapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and Co-Founder of Adam’s Choice Therapy. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in painful patterns or disconnected beneath the surface. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach, we explore how past experiences shape the present—and create space for healing that feels sustainable and authentic.
